Program Requirements.

Referral Verification & Participant Responsibilities.

To ensure fairness, transparency, and accurate reward tracking, all participants must comply with the following requirements:

How Referrals Work.

1. The participant (“Referrer”) must share the official Smartfixtronics® referral link with prospective new SoFi® members.
2. Each referred individual (“Referral”) must independently open and manage their own SoFi® account using the Smartfixtronics® referral link.
3. Referrals must satisfy all qualification requirements established by SoFi®, including any applicable funding or account activation requirements.
4. Only verified and qualified referrals will be eligible for Smartfixtronics® VIP Rewards credit.

Referral Registration Process.

The Referrer is responsible for maintaining records of all submitted referrals and completing the Smartfixtronics® VIP Rewards verification process.

For each referral submitted, the Referrer may be required to provide:

• Referral Full Name
• Referral Email Address
• Referral Phone Number
• Approximate Account Opening Date
• Last Four (4) Digits of the Referral’s Active SoFi® Account
• Verification that applicable funding requirements have been completed

Additional verification may be requested when necessary.

Verification Requirements.

To qualify for Smartfixtronics® VIP Rewards, referrals must be successfully verified by Smartfixtronics®.

Verification may include documentation demonstrating:

• The referral used the official Smartfixtronics® referral link.
• The referral opened an eligible SoFi® account.
• The referral completed applicable funding requirements.
• The referral account remains active and in good standing during the verification period.

Privacy & Security.

For security purposes, participants should NEVER submit:

• Full account numbers
• Routing numbers
• Passwords
• Login credentials
• Social Security Numbers
• Government-issued identification numbers

Only the last four (4) digits of the account may be requested for verification purposes.

Fraud Prevention.

The following activities may result in immediate disqualification:

• Duplicate referrals
• Self-referrals
• False information
• Fraudulent submissions
• Unauthorized use of another person’s information
• Attempts to manipulate referral tracking systems

Reward Approval.

All rewards are subject to final verification and approval by Smartfixtronics®.

Referral verification may require up to ninety (90) days.

Smartfixtronics® reserves the right to substitute any advertised reward with an equivalent product, store credit, promotional item, or comparable value.

Program Modifications

Smartfixtronics® reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the VIP Rewards Program, reward structure, qualification requirements, or verification procedures at any time without prior notice.
